The Terms of Service apply to the buyer of the Red Rocket RRKT Token (hereinafter “RRKT TOKEN”) and constitutes an agreement between Red Rocket RRKT Token and you. 1. TOKEN DISTRIBUTION

User expressly agrees and acknowledges that anytime throughout the duration of these Terms, RRKT
Utility Tokens may require material, technical, commercial or any other changes and understands that an upgrade or modification of the RRKT Utility Tokens may be required. If a user decides not to participate in such upgrade, the user acknowledges and agrees that non- upgraded RRKT Utility Tokens may lose their functionality in full and that they may no longer use the RRKT Utility Token.
3. RISKS
